Eric Tomczak is a professional Civil Engineer and is registered in both North Carolina

(P.E. #032291) and New Jersey (P.O. #45802). Eric received his Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering with an Art Minor from Lehigh University. He has the ability to conceptualize complex design considerations and LID in coordination with other disciplines such as; permitting and regulations. Eric has extensive experience with design and project development for residential subdivisions, multi-family and commercial development. Eric gives special attention to water and sewer infrastructure, stormwater management, erosion control strategies for projects and roadway design.

Eric also manages the local planning submissions and approvals for major communities’ development.
